Survey says....$825...ouch can anyone top it?

gotta love CA.. DMV registration was doubled for 2 yrs starting 4/1
good thing for me is i bought the car on 3/29.. but of course i will need to pay that double fee eventually

I was gonna say. Mine was about half of that. I guess that was one of the few benefits of buying early...

I was 1 month late last year for my and there was a 40% penalty. $995

when states are broke they will rape you. got a speeding ticket in vegas coming out of airport in a speed trap and it cost me $395 plus airfare to go to court.

value of your vehicle
so if you buy new, you are f*cked.
if you buy used and report it cheaper, they'll go by that number.

Just got mine for Aug.... $768 I believe.... I wish we could have our cars re-evaluated for value like we can our house. Tax assessor just devalued my house $140K from last years taxes. At least that will save me a cool G or 2 this year.
