Brake quiet gel removal tip?

I can peel most of it with my hands but there are some hard to reach places. Any tip or solution that breaks (no pun intended) this stuff down?

3M brake cleaner should do the trick. That shit works on everything from cars to stubborn stains on your shirt.

If not, I would maybe try a silicone remover?
