Photo op on this sunny (but cold) day...
Sunny day today so why not? Go out and enjoy the car a little bit and pulled over for a quick photo by the water...

OEM BMW M3 Edition grills. They look like black chrome in person. Same for the side gills.

Sweet ride. Utah also requires front end license plates. Don't you have to drill through the front bumper to get that frame on? I'm leaving mine off for now. I can't get pulled over for just that but they can ticket me for not having it on if I get pulled for something else. I'll take my chances and hope to move somewhere else soon, like Arizona. The law is the law I suppose. All those in California also have to have them on the front. Boo!

I have a technique that I have used for years. I mount my front brackets using 3M tape. It is totally removable as well. On Friday I had an appointment to install 3M Paint Protection Film over at Detailing Dynamics (by the way, they are the BEST detailers in this area) and prior to the appointment I removed the front plate bracket with no issues. Not a scratch on the paint. The pics I took above is with the film already applied and I remounted my bracket a day later using the same technique. As you can see (or not see) the film is invisible due to the awesome job Detailing Dynamics did. If you want to see how I installed the bracket, just go to my site here: http://www.fastm.com/e92m3/licenseplate.html
