MTEC Led Angels-e90 M
Just wanted to see if any members have experience with MTECs led angel eyes v1?
e92 lighting has them for $230 http://www.e92-lighting.com/products/MTEC_E92_H8_White_Angel_Eyes-987-0.html I know Mtec uses cree led's which are supposed to be the brightest and error-free...anyone have these on there ride or any pics?? Im wondering how hard install is going to be on my 08 e90 m3...I believe I have to remove the front wheels? Might take it to bmw then.. |

The e90 guys like them. Most M3 people use LUX.
No, you do not remove your wheels. |

Really? Why?
I went with Lux M3 and wifes X5 also. Beautiful light output, bright, easy to install. Done.

No idea but if you head over to e90post, people do those more often than LUX. On the e90 side you will find that more people are concerned with the cost of parts rather than how good or the rep that they have.

Thanks for the feedback guys.
@geneatals I appreciate those links. After doing some more research myself, it seems that the Lux may be a lil brighter but thats the only benefit. Also that review was done by Lux themselves which I find hilarious, ofcourse they will promote their brand to be better; jus like eAs would do w/ there angels when comparing to umnitza's for the e46. Every brand will claim there's to be the brightest and best while saying they are being honest. As far as I know, Mtec uses cree Led's which I know are the most superior Led's out there so Im not sure how they found Lux to be brighter, but Mtec has more of a white-ish color and is cheaper, and looks like a cleaner install for the pre-lci. Ill give them a shot and post some pics. Anyone have a DIY thread link? |
