Anybody going to VIR July 12/13 with Trackdaze?

Planing to head over on Friday, and was wondering if anybody else from VA/DC/MD would like to go.

I am there Friday with Rezoom but not doing the Sat/Sun with trackdaze.

I'm not very familiar with Rezoom, do they provide a similar format as trackdaze?

Yes, 3 run groups, 5 30 min sessions. Good group to run with.

Yup. My favorite group to run with. Laid back guys and usually more track time than you get with other groups. They also limit the # of cars so not as much traffic to deal with.

I got my suspension work done, so I'm good to go.

I am heading down to VIR Thursday about 2ish if you want to caravan. I head down 95 instead of 29 since I am pulling the car.

Think I'll join the rezoom event as well, but not trackdaze. Red E92 with black wheels/exhaust/stoptechs. I'll be on hard as rocks hankook v12s though

I'm instructing too if anybody is novice and wants an instructor with same car.

I would like to jump in your car for a few laps before lunchtime, if possible. There are a couple of corners which frustrate me greatly...

No prob, just come find me between sessions. I'll be busy between instructing in green and driving in red/black/whatever, but I'm sure we can make it happen. I haven't driven on non-slicks on a track in like 2 years, so may take some patience on my part to not overdrive the abilities of the thing.

That'll be perfect, I'm on RS-3's so it will be easier to compare.

Cool! I have a question that you guys may have the answer to. For the inspection, can we just sign it ourselves (everything as APP)? The annual inspection form also looks the same as the regular one. Am I missing something?

Send them an email or call them to be sure. If they don't allow it, just stop by an area sympathetic shop, most will do tech inspections for free (especially if they know the car).
