OP, you may want to consider throwing in an incentive...a new one of these could have been had (if haggled right) for what you are currently asking.

Let me see if I understand you correctly. Are you telling me someone can purchase a brand new m3 with the color combo and options that I have for 64K? If so sir you are mistaken, sticker is roughly 74k and there is almost no wiggle room on M3's at the moment.

I dont think so sir. If you read the post, he says if "haggled" correctly you can get a new one for my asking price. My lease payment is a bit above average, however the vehicle is very well equipped with options.

Yeah I don't think you can get a new one for 64k.... is that your payoff?

Bring your price down and car will go fast!

the only way his payment can go less if he gives an incentive. I am sure for a $74k m3 was not $850 a month with $0 down. that is like at least $5k down.

Other wise I be at that dealer soon haha lol.

I got my 11' E93 M3 (83k MSRP) for $1900 drive off, 7MSDs, $840/month with 9% tax inc (tire/wheel insurance also included).

It all depends on lease programs offered at the time of purchased, what rebates you qualify for, and what options you take advantage of (like MSDs). Those, to me, are more important than the selling price of the car (though it's always best to get as close to, or less than, invoice as possible)

Congrats on the sale op!

That's a heck of deal. what price did you get off the 83K MSRP?..

I assumed a lease on my m3 because the guy had a low payment for the msrp that was 85k and he put like 8k down. so it was low for that car.

A little over invoice, forget exact pricing.

It was more than I could get for a similar e93 M3 (Space gray), but when I got mine, it was one of the the first Mineral White on Red E93 M3s in SoCal, so I decided to pay a little over invoice for it rather than get the space gray, which was at invoice IIRC (or like $300 over, been a while so I forgot).

Remember, when leasing, the MSRP and selling price, while important, have little to do with the lease pricing when compared to the residual/mf

Think of it like this..
You can get a $72k Z4 35iS lease right now for about $700/month tax inc, $1k OTD, 7MSDs.

But a Porsche Boxster, with a MSRP of about $10k less (so not the S model and not fully loaded), will run you about the same, if not a tad bit more.
So why, does a car that costs $10k less, cost MORE to lease?
Porsche charges .35 per mile, versus BMW's .146 (IIRC), and they have a higher MF.
They also don't have as many rebates as BMW.

So even though my E93 M3's MSRP was priced at 83k, the reason it was a cheap lease was due to the high residual and low MF, as well as the rebates I qualified for (loyalty I remember as being one).
