I wouldn't mind coming along next Wednesday. It would be good to have a bunch of M3s for some runs.

O.k i guess, there was almost no one there so i had about 10 runs by 840. 13.07 was the best for the night trying out different launches each time. Have a pb of 12.8 a while ago however I think the humidity was robbing me of power as the car definitely feels faster with the exhaust on the street but just wasnt showing it at the track. Might pay to wait until winter so it cools a bit.

Do you have it tuned for the pipes and running with launch control ? I know you had ESS tuned.

To get better gains the tune has to be recalibrated for primary cat delete, that will make a substantial difference to the feel. A stage 1 tune is quite mild, stage 2 is more about performance.

Still waiting for a reply from ess. The car does feel like its gained 20-30hp from the exhaust. The tune I had may or may not be for the cat delete. Hasnt thrown CEL so assume it is. Mine is 6sp manual so no launch control for me

The CEL takes around 80 to 100K to throw then its on all the time, you will need to clear the codes in diagnostics before and after applying the new file, also a good idea to clear adaptive data so your ECU relearns under the new calibration.
You should be able to have launch control, Dave's has and his is 6MT, basically its a limiter to 3500 RPM so you mash the pedal, engage the clutch and launch on release. You should also be able to get a burble file which would sound awesome with your system. Your file shouldn't be taking that long
