With these being a polished face, Is it a simple refurb?

What about if u wanted to change the colour?

The wheel has to be diamond cut to obtain oem finnish, but if you wanted to change colour that will be easier and cheaper than diamond cutting

, I have a spare set of oem wheels in Smoke chrome which looks like graphite /gunmetal in appearance .
