Are people getting lease quotes? Or the 2013 programs are yet to be published?

Like you, I am in WA state, and you have seen how crappy the summer has been thus far. Get the Coupe!

Just curious -- why not? Aren't they standard programs?

Can anyone else who may have gotten the info post? I'm assuming it will take Ryan and team a few days to respond and would like rates/residuals for both the E92 and E93.

^^Checa and Ryan are actually pretty fast on replying mon-sat (we are always closed on sundays)

Certain things BMW frowns upon dealers posting. So instead of asking what we can post and what we can't every time, we just decided to work with each customer on a one on one basis since every situation is different.

leasing

I've emailed ryan yesterday about possibly leasing a new 2013 m3 so hopefully he will get back to me soon and we can work something out!.

Question to those on the thread, I've never leased a car before, always financed in the past, typically what is the average people put down when getting something like an m3?

Thanks!

Thanks!
None. Doesn't make sense to use any down payment towards cap cost reduction for a lease. If the car is involved in a situation where it needs to be written as a total loss, you've essentially thrown that money away.

Maximize the multiple security deposits (MSD) which is typically 7 times the rounded total of your monthly payment. This will drive down the buy rate for the lease and you'll get this money back at the end of the lease. A search will yield much better info on the MSD program than I've been able to provide.

Ok so I talked to Checa and she said It is not canceled, BMW just ran out of allocation on M3's,M5's, and M6's as of now.

The orders that we got in are good however. So in short those of you who have a production number are still good to go for ED, if you don't have a production number then you are out of luck for ED as of now. The only way you can do a ED now is if the dealer allocates it out of their supply.

I will post more as I get more info.

Well, unfortunately I was going to place an order today but after speaking with Checa last night doesn't sound good.

^^Sounds to me that it is possible however you will have to find a dealer who would be willing to take it out of there personal allocations. That could be tricky. M3, M5, and M6 didn't come out of the dealer allocations up to this point so they were ok with doing it. Now that they have to come out of the dealer allocation you may run into most dealers opt not to do ED sales since 1. it is a lot more work for the dealer and 2. they don't make as much profit as they would a US sold car.

Its a bummer, I wonder what caused BMW to stop this? must be such a demand that it is putting a strain on supply.

Oh wow I see what happened. That's definitely not good news but hopefully my connection at Tenafly,NJ will be able to work something out since there is not much Ryan can do at this point.

Jeez! I spoke to Ryan a few weeks ago and was planning on ordering one this Fall for a Spring 2013 Euro Delivery. Hopefully they open some more allocations for next year.
