Not aligned? Can you tell me some tips to check if it is aligned good or not? I DIY installed the new belt.
Either not aligned or incorrect torque and torque sequence. You have to tighten in increments while going from the bolt you are tightening to the next bolt across, furthest away. Like torquing wheel bolts for example. Blue loctite on threads.

I'm very sorry to see that you had an issue after the pulley kit was installed. We've installed hundreds of pulley kits on E9x M3 cars including Rogue and AA kits, and have not had issues.

I'll shoot you a PM with my contact info. If you'd like we can schedule a time for you to come in, and will triple check every aspect of the install including your new belt.

New belt working great, so far no issue. Off topic, I found my coolant level is at min, normal for 18K miles car? Also when I installed my new belt, I noticed that the coolant is leaking very little at rubber tube and steal tube connection.

Did you check the area while the system was pressurized?

I checked again today after little driving no leaking at all. This is strange. I also drop off my car to the dealer to get some new brake pad, and told them to look at it and add more coolant.

Same thing happened to me on my E92 a few years ago. I purchased the car with the active pulley on there and started hearing a ticking noise.
