Amuse Style Trunk Roundel (?)

Hey All, I've been searching for about a week for a concise answer on this without any luck.

I've seen Amuse trunks - both replicas and authentic with and without a roundel in the center.

From all of the trunks I've seen there seems to be no indentation for the roundel, and the ones that do have the roundel installed don't seem to be seated properly, or seated into anything.

What is the correct way to install the trunk, with or without roundel?

Powerhouse Amuse's own e92 has the roundel:



You would need to cut the tabs and then place it onto the trunk. unless you want to drill holes

I am also debating to put the roundel and the m3 badge. And if dont I will be asked if my car is a tuned 335i. On the other hand if I put the m3 badge everybody will think that is a m3 copy.

Put them back on on the MY11.



IMHO, it looks much better with the roundel/M3 badge. You'll need to clip off the pegs and use double-sided tape to apply the roundel to the decklid.

for several month i was running without emblem then i got bored and thought that it was missing something bad... so i put mine back...

my rule of thumb. If you have the top model car, i leave all the badges on. If not then I debadge.

Looks better with the roundel on regardless

i mean you could drill holes but i wouldn't do that, try your best to find a solution because have the roundel is so much better
