Do we know anything about the two cars? Pretty safe to assume the f8x is faster than the e9x all things equal.

That didn't look fast at all. I felt like I was waiting for the race to start the whole time.

Hp is Hp. Fx is running out of steam at slighlty less hp. Bigger turbos and comensurate tubing is needed. Thats it. The video of the stock f versus full dinan bolton vs 625 ESS puts alot in petspective. Fx cars with simple mods very nice. 625 is bow 9k installed and dropping fast

Bigger turbos will turn that car into a typically laggy turbo dragster, which defeats the entire purpose of buying an M3. From a pure max potential power stand-point, the F can't keep up without ruining the entire dynamics of the car.

And yes, the superchargers for the E9x are dropping fast. In a few years and once the Harrop gets more widespread, you will probably be able to pick up a new 625 kit for 5-6K.

Whiskey + phone keypad is sometimes difficult hehe. Regardless, that 625 kit like modkrazy and I mentioned would be fantastic around 5k. That's quite a bit of performance one can get. Supercharged e9x. I'm very tempted.

and there is a thing called heatsoak which will affect F80 much more since its factory intercooler is designed to handle factory power not 100bhp+ JB4
