PartsLane?

Have you guys received these emails from PartsLane who have some sort of affiliation with BMW?

they are offering M3 mats for $75 which seems to be a very good price (think they're about $150 retail), but since im still waiting on the X5 back seat covers i ordered in early march, i'm going to wait to take delivery. what is the deal with these guys, anyone know?

I have been getting emails from them too. I'm guessing they are BMW affiliated since I never signed up on their site to receive emails. They have good deals but so far I haven't bought anything.

I ordered M3 logo floormats from them. It took approx 3-4 weeks for delivery after making my purchase which was beyond the target shipment date that was estimated when I placed the order. Apparently, the products come from various dealerships and not a central distribution center which may account for the long wait time. There was no notification email either saying the product had shipped. Otherwise, the floormats were as advertised for $75.

BMW stuff is a loss leader for the other junk they're pushing. Although there are some good BMW items, many are "sold out" by the time you drill down to see the size and/or color you want.

i'm a touch nervous since the description makes no mention that they are m3 mats but the pictures certainly do. but still for 75 bux and a return policy worth the shot

I ordered the mats 4/17 and received them yesterday in an ENORMOUS, totally wasteful box. Other than that they were as shown on the site. I didn't expect them for quite a while so that was a nice bonus.

i also ordered mats during the deal last week, 2 sets. one set came yesterday, and the second today. like ecalcagnino, they both came in huge boxes. seems like they wasted a lot of money on shipping.

btw highyo, the m3 set is a proper m3 set.

I ordered m3 mats on 17th April they arrived on April 22nd in the huge box at my door step delivered by FedEx. It's a steal at the $ 75. Price.

I assume they end up paying $ 45. Minimum. For shipping , box. And packaging. So technically they might have got net $ 40. Max.

Btw they all oem original. My local dealer is selling it for $ 159. Plus tax.

The site has been removed. Can I assume that they are no longer in business?
