I believe you only get the USB if you have Nav. It also will not accept music from your iPod. Your signature says you have the tech package which means you should have nav, which means you should have the USB. It is located in your glovebox on the left side right by the trunk lock switch. The only think you can really do is add an iPod adaptor.

Should have one USB port for uploading onto the harddrive.
Open your glove box on the passenger side. Look to the far left of it.. should be a USB port there. I put all my MP3s on a flash drive and plug it into that slot. Then transfer all the music over to the cars harddrive.

You can upload CD's to the HD. When you put in the CD it should show up as an option to store it, however I don't think it will record the name of the artist or songs. At least with the new one I tried it did not. You should have the USB port if you have Nav. It is located in the glovebox on the left side.

what I do is use a program called iTunesExport. It allows you to export your iTunes playlists with the music in MP3 format. Then, I stick it on a USB stick and copy it into the HDD using the USB port in the glovebox. I think this is pretty nice, although not as convenient to update as an iPod
