As mentioned previously, pretty much like synchro rev match on the 370Z.

How was it done? Is it an OEM feature on the GT4?

Pretty easy, depending on deceleration rate you will get more or less auto throttle input as soon as you engage the clutch. With other words, when standing on the brake: clutch = throttle

I would love something like this! Never driven a 370z but the synchro rev match got good reviews. Very curious on how this was programmed for the m3.

I've driven a 370z and I love the feature for when I'm too lazy to drive better. Downshifts were crisp if u let off the clutch and shift quickly.
