i would like 9 x 19 fronts and 10 x 19 rear in gunmetal hre's would i need to carry out any mods to fit them as i plan to lower it at some point also what would they cost including shipping would you exchange them for my 19" m3 wheels

Have you seen the RAC Monolite GB? These RACs are probably better than any HRE out there if a monobloc is what you are looking for.
