I've ordered the car and I'm ready to book flights.

I'm stumped. I can't find the right links/web site on how to redeem this deal.

Does anyone know how to get the 2-1 deal from Lufthansa?

It's worth calling them to check the price but most likely you'll be able to beat the price somewhere else online.
