Software update regret
Folks,
I heard great things on the forum about upgraded DCT and engine management software. Complained about transmission lag and they upgraded the software. DCT lag is the same as before, but shifts do feel smoother. Also, I think it tries to shift to 7th quicker (my guess is to be more fuel efficient). But the bigger gripe is I think the car feels less powerful. Lots of noise, not so much get up and go. Is it possible to reset the adaptations on my own? Or any other DIY suggestions? Went from e89x-10-06-502 to e89x-12-07-508 using ISTA/P 48.2.002. Anybody experience something similar and/or have a fix?

Time for a tune
I just flashed my car from the stock Valet mode tune to the 240E tuned file. The difference is unbelievable.

I know Mike. Since I couldn't get my car to you for the DCT upgrade, I got the dealer to do it.
To be honest, it was my intention to immediately get your tune following getting my car back from the dealer (3 days before my warranty expired) But just before Christmas, rain flooded my house and now I am on the hook to replace the floors. Even at the group buy price, it is out of reach at the moment. Can adaptations be reset by me in the mean time? I don't get why it feels so sluggish.
