When you say V12 do you mean Hankook V12's? When you say new from the factory do you mean OEM? The last I checked, BMW has not offered M3's with Hankook's from the factory...

Is your car a new 2013? If your car is a 2013 and the rims are in fact brand new and they came with Hankook tires I would run back to the dealership now to find out what happened. Those tires do not come on any BMW. Are you sure that the wheels aren't used?
