Anyway, yeah, we know you are kidding except, as you will see if you stick around here, it gets nasty quick. DCT vs. 6MT seems to bring out the hate en masse.

I hear you, guess ppl are more hotheaded than i thought. and right, u were not being serious about the 4 pedals..

sounded pretty convincing though. i wouldnt doubt it if u did, ive heard some pretty crazy mods ppl do to their cars

I just went back and actually read your bolded descriptions and chuckled to myself lol. Cant believe I believed it haha. W.E, I didnt see that you in fact had a DCT... fail on my part

It has an auto locking feature when you put it in park. USE IT.

On the M3 DCT the park pawl cannot engage unless there is no hydraulic pressure in the transmission. When ever the engine is running there is hydraulic pressure....this prevents the possibility of park being engaged when the vehicle is moving under engine power. Nice safety feature.
