Thanks for the constructive input to the thread G-Anders. I just have been dealing with multiple buyers who keep backing out at the last moment. I am selling to buy a 2012 model, but am getting tired of dealing with the back and forth. I think it is a great price point to move now, so I am giving it a last shot. At some point the hassle outweighs the benefit of having a new car.

Everything looks good so far, A few questions:

Can we see some photos of the engine bay perhaps?
Have you had any mechanical issues with the vehicle?
How much longer is left in the warranty period (Date of expiration)?
Title in Hand?

Hahaha, it's all good, I'll give you a ride someday. I'm looking into setting up a independent party inspection on the car right now...

In all fairness to the seller though, the car's still up for grabs, I'm sure you could still try to work with him if you're interested.

But as soon as I hear that inspection comes back good and I receive the pictures I'm gonna be applying for the loan.

Raining today, but I can snap some engine bay photos this weekend.

No mechanical issues at all. BMW changed diff fluid due noise...but this has been reported to be in normal operating function of car per a BMW bulletin (see other threads). Regardless, since they changed diff fluid I never noticed the sound.

Warranty period is good until October 6, 2012.

Title is with BMW, can get in my name in two days if someone is ready.

PS. I have a lot of personal things going on, including an international trip, so if the car doesn't sell this week I am going to hold on to it for now, and will possibly put it back up for sale in December/January. At this point please only contact if you are 100% ready cash in hand (exceptions being people who are already in contact with me).
