Fox Red Interior Owners
Have you guys regretted getting the fox red interior after sometime? I like the fox red, but am afraid i will regret it after a couple years and wish i went for black. Thoughts?

Absolutely no regrets, although I was not quite so sure before seeing the car firsthand. Mine is JZB with Fox Red.
I was looking at 2008 E93 M3's on a Friday Night when the dealer mentioned someone was turning in a 2009 E93 M3 the next day with JZB and Fox Red. The night before when I was researching the car, I looked at pictures online and was not sure if I was going to like the fox red. The next day after one look I was sold. It is more brown than red, like a burnt red, in person and it looks great with the Jerez Black. IMO it gives the car personality rather than being seen as just another cold, one dimensional german car. Black on black is nice but a little ho hum ordinary. With the fox red, the car gives an initial appearance of conformity but adds some contemporary flair to the look, especially with the E93 and the top down. This is just my impression with my car, I am not sure about fox red with other color combinations, but I love the fox red interior and cannot see my car with anything else. |

I always get compliments with FR. My only beef is if I ever choose to give my car an interlagos wrappe.

Nope. I'd pick it again in a heartbeat. Everyone compliments on the selection. I don't have extended.

Agreed! Dare I say that the interior of our cars are actually kinda boring also so giving it a little color helps IMO. Black isn't bad, but FR looks amazing. I love it.

MY first e92 was AW/FR and I did love it, also loved the feel an smell of it.
I agree with others a posted picture does not represent the true color of Fox Red it is beautiful with black or white exterior.

I also feel that FR is a good color. I plan on ordering a MY13 coupe and struggling with a color combination. Either it will be Interlagos Blue w/ black or Mineral/Alpine White w/ FR. For me, it's just a matter of my preferred exterior color vs. interior.

Go IB! It's amazing. I really wanted it more than the Sparkling Graphite I got however 99% of the IB cars I found had 18" rims and gray leather with both killed it for me. AW is nice but just too common IMO.

Absolutly no regret,IMO the M3 interior is not what I would call the most dynamic, it's almost a bit boring even though it is top quality so a bit of color makes it a little more attractive to me!

Colors affect how you feel/personality. Jerez black sort of made me feel queezy and the FR didn't help any. I ended up with Jet black and BB which for me makes me feel clean even though the car is always "dirty".
