It's a pain in the a** but can be done yourself. There is a really good DIY on here. I'll try to find the link for you. Follow it exactly, down to the sequence of using the sockets and you'll be fine. The passenger side is the worst. All in all probably took 2 1/2 hours my first time. I could do in again in 1-1 1/2 hours.

DIY Spark Plug Change W/PHOTOS http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=796536

Get the plug puller tool. I got mine from Amazon.

Also, I didn't remove the Plenum. It can be done with it in without question.

Its a piece of cake. Dont remove the plenum. It wont get in the way. Also, pull STRAIGHT UP on the coil or you will break the knob off. Theres no serious damage though, just cosmetic. If you end up breaking the knob off the top of the coil theres a part in the DIY where you wrap an ethernet cable or similar tight around the top and pull. Works the same way.

Be patient on passenger rear. That last one is a mother*&$^er

As long as have proper tools, extensions, nice swivel plug socket, coil puller.. its a cake walk.

I used a metal coat hanger as a puller with a pair of vise grips and it worked just fine. I also removed the plenum and lubricated the throttle body actuator shafts with 3M 08897 dry silicone spray as recommended by another forum member.
