I have a verified account with bank accounts credit cards and PayPal credit. And your money is still in paypals hands. I'm not scamming you nor was I ever. I bought these rims from someone on this forum!! Maybe a little patience IE 1 days time to allow me to refund your money before publicly disrespecting me!!
This guy should be banned for this bullshit

Behind the SRS cover, check the bolt that holds everything together lol, there is also a cheap ass plastic tab that I found missing the rubber gasket against the metal..
How awesome is this forum, with all its drama and childish bullcrap, in a thread exemplifying said behavior, there's someone who takes the time to offer helpful information about something relevant. Two points for you, sir.

While this has been fodder for some (including me), reality is once there is a dispute, paypal puts a hold on money and is much slower to give it back, even when released, than they are to take it. I recently sold some parts and printed a paypal mailing label only to be asked strongly by the buyer not to send it USPS -- so I complied and cancelled the label and sent it FEDEX ground. Paypal is telling me it will take 14-21 days to get that credit back. I've had a number of shipments either I sent or was receiving get lost or separated. If I or my buyers had escalated things as harshly as this, we'd see threads like this all over the place. While I can feel the discomfort of this buyer, patience is key. Even though we have become an instant gratification society, not everything is instant pudding.

You are a real pain in my a$$. You mean, after i got your money, you expect me to ship the rims to you within a week and keep you informed in the event I couldn't ship them?

Thank you, Sir, the ongoing rattle thread should be a sticky perhaps.

It is great we called off the posse. I am not sure who they were going after, though. The impatient guy trashing a seller 24 hours after a deal fell through or the seller for pointing that out to the buyer in a frank way.

This is no excuse. OP shouldn't suffer because you don't take your business dealings seriously.

And who "can't ship" wheels? Tell us the real story. How much more did you get for them?

Do the wheels have 08-09 TPMS or 10+ TPMS?

The reality is, Darryl could have simply told OP, "Hey, I got a better price and a local sale, sorry, but I prefer to sell locally at a higher price, I'll refund your money in 24-hours", then we wouldn't be in this mess...

it's irrelevant how much more he got for his wheels, or how much more convenient it was selling it locally.

At the end of the day, this is a common transaction done over forums, and IMO, a transaction is a transaction, hurt feelings aside, the seller is incentivized to get the best price possible and shouldn't be punished for it. However, dealing with the failed buyer, it appears BOTH the buyer and seller could have just cool their jets and de-escalated the situation. Based on what I read, I attribute blame 40%-60% to seller and buyer respectively.

That's all fine and well. But Darryl owes me money too.

Please assess blame percentages.
