Powerchip tune with dyno results

I recently got my software updated by BMW for the DCT lag and therefore it became "tunerlocked". I had powerchip tune my car and here are the before and after dyno graphs from the best runs. Mods that didn't change between runs are Fabspeed x-pipe with HFC's, AA exhaust, aFE filter. Dyno is a dyno dynamics and runs were done consecutively. According to the shop owner, this dyno is very conservative. Powerchip was kind enough to provide me multiple files (at no extra cost) because I thought the tune wasn't working (wasn't noticing a substantial difference in power). I was not able to provide them with the dyno charts in between flashing the files and the runs (not dyno tuned). After doing the math, my gain is 10-15 HP at the crank which is what powerchip expected. So my results are what is to be expected from a successful tune according to PC. What do you guys think? (in list format, the 1st page is baseline, 2nd page is after tune)

Quite clearly the car is running very rich before and after the tune.

This would point to very high temperatures.

Was there adequate cooling?

There was a fan in front of the car.

Results are what I would expect, but your car is running rich for general standards. Unless M3s need to run rich this is odd. I would go back to Powerchip and ask for a better tune.
