Those look great; but still on the fence due to the flickering issues. Can any of the guys that have installed these comment on the flickering issue? Does leaving the lights in auto resolve the flicker?

Pretty much sold on these. Still would like more pictures from customers (especially e9X M3s).

I like your clear reflectors. Are those the OEM black chrome grills and side gills?

I assume the part of the kit you are referring to is the heat sink at the base of each bulb. My only concern with these LED kits is that there is a greater heat build-up inside the already cramped headlight compartment. If these bulbs get too hot to touch in 20 minutes, will it be like an oven in there after a 5 hour trip? What are the chances of plastic and wiring melting?

Users have been using the LUX H8's for well over a year and there has never been any issues with that. They do get hot to the touch but the temperature is well under the melting temperature of plastic or any wiring.

Got my order, install took < 5 mins. Lights look amazing. No flickering on start ups either as a pleasant surprise. 2011 E92, light switch at off, DRL set to on via i-drive.

I was under the impression you had to go through the wheel well to get to the bulb.

Nope. Just pop the hood & access is right up front.

For the E90 pre-lci Sedan you do need to go in from the wheel well, it is a much more complicated install.
