haven't seen that one yet, but I'd guess that your steering wheel is locked. Push the key in, and turn it to the right (I think) a bit to unlock.

sterring wheel lock. Turn wheel left and right if car does not stop. Take key out and try to restart again. Its a simple software fix just bring it to your local BMW dealership and they will fix it.
