Congrats on your new wheels.
Like many things, wheels are also a matter of taste. I've seen a lot of people in the US with those Volks. For me personally these are a complete no go particularly on the M3 and maybe on almost any other German car. You can put them on a Civic, Subaru or Mitsubishi but not on a BMW or Mercedes. I know that they are very light, but there are other light wheels from different manufacturers. If I buy an aftermarket wheel it will most probably be something from BBS. If I look for lightweight wheels for the track I'll get something from OZ or ATS. |

Bad analogy, but I don't want to start anything.
It's almost like saying, M3 should not have roll cage or sparco/recaro race seats! To each their own, but I love em! |

The Rays look kind of small even in 20". I like concave rims, and those are exactly the opposite. The BBS LMR are nice. One of my favorite rims is the BBS LM for example, but I know many people who say that they look old fashioned and don't suit the modern design of the E9x. |
