Those numbers are at some ridiculous altitude of like 5500 ft. Check out the PDF doc, it states it.

Actually it does run much slower at altitude. Here's some Vbox 60-130 info about that SC'r setup and what it potentially could do at sea level. M&M knows his stuff, and more about this particular setup then we do, so for now I'll take his word for it.

Roman said they supply smaller pulleys for higher altitudes, so I guess this will sort out loss in pressure
