ST60 ST 40 converted from 335 to E46 M3?

I have an opportunity to buy a StopTech ST60/ST40 kit that was for an E90 335. It would be about 1/4 the retail cost. This would go on my E46 M3 track car. The rotors are done so I would buy the 380 for the E46 M3 if possible. We are hoping to machine the proper size bracket because i don't think ST will sell it to me. Can a few venders jump in and provide any info with regards to this thought process?

You can buy the brackets separately.

Interesting. I know AP would not sell parts that allowed a conversion and thought Stop Tech would be the same No
Someone else mentioned the piston size may be different. I am trying to confirm....

If it would work it would be one hell of a BBK for the car. We know it will stop a stock E92 M3 so it would have no problem stopping an E46 M3 that will weigh 1000lb. less! We would go 380 in the front....
