Found a Replacement M after mine was totalled...
They would not come down on price at all. I went ahead and put down a deposit just in case.
opinions? price looks on-par with many other Ms in same class. http://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-s...88952980&Log=0 |

It looks great. What milage is it certified up until? The price is kinda high IMO i just snagged a 12' fully loaded zcp with DCT for 44,500. It has 32k miles. I bought the extended warranty from bmw for $3500 (the platinum plan) covers me for unit November 14, 2019 or 100k miles.

I say Snag it man its really clean and low miles. Its about 2 grand shy of a perfect deal, i wouldn't let that stand between me and my ///M. I say pull the trigger. Let us know what you decide.

It's a beautiful car but I think it's worth walking at that price. You can't negotiate until they feel you are gone and looking elsewhere. I'd be shocked if you didn't get at least $1000 off if you take your deposit back and wait a few days for them to caLl back. Good luck !

Agree with modkrazy and roastbeef. $50k-$51k would be a more reasonable price.
Car looks great though. Hopefully you can negotiate a bit and get them to accept a lower price. |

Car looks super clean and gorgeous. I would say that if it is the exact color and options your looking for, go for it. Sure, maybe 51k would be a little bit better price, but if it is equipped exactly how you want it then go for it. It's kinda nice too with that peace of mind with the CPO. You never know when or where you will find one again exactly the way you want it. There is always going to be a give and take.

Wrong transmission, but everything else looks great! :-)
I would not play games over a measly thousand dollars. Just go get it before you lose out on it. Very nice car and good deal. |

I would agree. Go back there and tell them you will sign on the dotted line for $51,000.00. See what they say. If they drop it great, if not id get it anyway if it has everything you want on it.

Price seems high. Plus a $548 "delivery service fee"?

In houston a 2012 fully loaded jerez blk FR with 16k miles just went for 49,999 I looked at that same car and talked them down to 50k from 53k. It can be done. Some dealerships that do the (true value) they also budge on the price. I was halfway through the paper work to pay the price they asked for. Then i asked them to give an extra grand on my trade, and the finance manager took it off the car. Also eliminated all those shotgun fee's they charge us. This happen at a dealer ship that doesn't "haggle". So don't give up man.

If they won't budge on price, see if they throw in extended warranty for free or serious discount.
Normally I'm all for jerking around my own stick, but in this case he got the right transmission for this car. S65+DCT is a match made in heaven. |

Make sure you ask if it's CPO Elite (12 months or 75k miles), or 2 years 100K miles. I made that mistake thinking all CPO cars were 6 years/100K miles, and was disappointed to find out about the Elite.

Don't worry about price so much. I have seen these cars vary so greatly depending on year, mileage, condition, features, location, etc. One individual might pick up a 2011 w/ less than 40k miles for $45,000, and another might get a similar example for less than $40,000. In the end, if you are happy, and are comfortable with the price, I say go for it. You won't regret it at the end of the day when you climb in the driver seat. I haven't yet and I feel I may have "overpaid" slightly.
