Lowering spring

Looking to lower my 2011 M3 Coupe. The only experience i have with these are a set of H&R's , 5 series sedan, and they were great. Any recommendations for this M3? Being is it a competition package the back looks very low and i am worried about it rubbing. Thought please and thank you.

Could also use some direction on the spacers to use

I'm looking to lower my M3 a little bit too. From what I've read, the Swift seem to be ones that people are happiest with. As far as spacers go, Macht Schnell wont disappoint. Currently running 15mm up front & in the rear, but rubbing a little bit in front & in the back.

I probably should but to be honest I like how it looks & don't think any damage is being done.
