Cool Anyone Have Johnnie Walker Red & Gold Label Boxes ?

odd request, but i like to save liquor bottles after im done (just 1 of each) for collective purposes. anyone of you guys have a red or gold label box? i will pay for shipping of course.

the site i order from doesn't ship the boxes just the bottle. i want to have the full walker collection in my cabinet with boxes.

the collection: red, black, double black, green, gold, platinum, blue

edit: found a black & green box, just need red & gold.

I have tried the Macallan line and it is good, although I prefer balvenie. The glenmoranie nectar d'or is fantastic, although a bit on the lighter side. Im a huge lagavulin fan if you like things that are a little more peaty.

Yea, the glenmorangie is excellent... As for the Johnnie Walker, to each is own, but I don't care for it... we lined up shots of every color one day including the blue.. and while they each got a little "better", I didn't really care for them. Usually go for Glenlivet if I am going to have anything..

Disclaimer: I'm not a big Whiskey expert to begin with.

Never heard of Hennessey White before... still cognac?

^ anytime i go out i always get black & water minimum; although the red, black, and green are low to mid, i still want the boxes to my bottles so i can add to collection (a little ocd i have haha).

the lagavulin can't be more peatier than ardbeg right? the ardbeg is literally an ashey camp fire taste that stays in your mouth long after you drink it. but man is it smooth as hell even the youngest one, 10 year old.

as for the hennessey white, it is a limited edition that only sold to caribbean island like trinidad. the walker platinum is special for asian market and i prefer that over blue.

It'll be great looking for sure! I used to collect the bottles, but now I only collect ones that are some kind of edition, like the Absolut Boston edition for example..

if you're a JW fan, I suggest getting your hands on JW Double Black.
available only in Duty Free, and in certain countries.

edit:
also try Suntory Hibiki 18yrs
and Jura

I like Mcallan, it is a nice beginner Whiskey

First time I had JW Double Black was in Lebanon lol. When I was coming back home this summer, my uncle bought me some special Crown Royal that I never saw before. I can't remember what it was called. But I had to leave it in Lebanon because our luggages were way overweight. I was pissed because my dad really wanted to bring home 40 kilos of bzourat. 40 kilos!!
