I bought my HRE's from Rob (the original owner) and I can vouch that he takes great care of his car. This is one of my absolute favorite combos out there.

Why do you say that? I feel the car is appropriately priced when the individual options are factored in. If you are looking for a deal on an E92 M3, then this isn't the car for you. If you are looking for a one of a kind E92 M3, then this is the car for you, and you can expect to pay more for that. Not everyone looks only at the year and miles to determine what something is worth.
