I hear you - my PS2 have seen a couple of track days now and are showing some scuffing - I have a spare set sitting in my basement at the moment so another track day on my current ones doesnt bother me. Dedicated is definitely the way to go though. I didnt find the DDT track as hard on my tires as Shannonville, but I was probably driving harder and doing more laps at Shannonville, since ZWEAPON and I pretty much had Fabi to ourselves!

Haha nice. Yea, I was nearing the end of the tread going into shannonville, so I wasn't too concerned running them there. But now considering you guys got me hooked, guess I'm going to get a dedicated set. lol

Sure, sure - blame us - whatever lets you sleep at night!

Hopefully you can make it out - the DDT is a fun track and the weather should be ideal! It sounds like there will be plenty of track time too!

I dont know - I think Gearhead said he was going to be away today - not sure when he gets back into town. You could try to send him a pm or his email is in the track day thread. I think his contact has the tires in stock, not sure if the wheels are something that need to be ordered, he was trying to work out a package deal for us.

I was up in Ottawa yesterday for an Uncles funeral and I am now back.I doubt we can get the wheels today but I will check.Both of my wheel guys have been on holidays this week.

No problem - I am personally not in a rush as I am fine to run my PS2's as needed since I have the spare set. Definitely want to have some by next year though. I think Alistair has a more immediate need to support his new habit!

Yeah, I am jealous that I am missing a perfect track day tomorrow but spent a perfect afternoon at the beach today with the family and I am golfing at Cobble Beach on Sunday, so I can't complain too much.

Enjoy tomorrow and if the weather holds for next week like they are calling for then we should get together again. I still think a drive to a golf course (the rock / red leaves, cobble beach, or the raven) sounds like a great idea.

Slammedm3! Was it you driving on Bayview/Rosedale Valey today at around 5:30-6 pm? If it was you, the car looked and sounded sick! Sounded like an Eisenmann exhasut, thats why I though it was you...

white e93 m3...oem 18s..looks lowered and debadged...pretty sure it was a DCT.. spotted near 16th and 404 ...he turned onto leslie after... anyone here?

Almost positive I spotted timo today, it was around 1:30 and he was sitting at the lights on Carlaw just south of Eastern and I drove through the intersection. Must have been him too cause I don't think there is another car with the same rims in the GTA. Looked awesome.
