I purchase a supposed Hi-Fi amp from him. He sent me pictures and let me know he received payment. It has been almost two weeks and have nothing! I have filed a complaint to my credit card company and also with paypal. Do not buy or sell anything to him.. he is a scammer! If anyone else has bought something from him please post here. I am also going to see what the total scam is and will contact my lawyer.

If anyone has sold anything to him please provide me a pm.

That sucks man. Have you tried calling or emailing him. Maybe He shipped the package but its still in transit. How long ago was it that he accepted payment. Ive seen it happen here a few times where its just a matter of package being stuck in transit. Good luck and hope it works out. If he indeed is a scammer, you can always track back his IP and get the police involved. Should have been a little more cautious though particularly with a member that has only been here since march and not well known.

I want to gather all the people he scammed and go at him with a bigger total so he can get rammed in the ass... I have emailed him tried to pm him (which he changed to now allow anymore pms) He is messing with the wrong person and I am pissed

Well if he did change his PM settings recently, then I will assume he is guilty as charged. Hope he gets what he deserves. Nothing pisses me off more than car vandals or scammers.

Isn't the hi-fi amp the basic amp or did you want the Enhanced premium sound amp?

Hey I PM'd you, I also seemingly am getting screwed by this guy really pisses me, even more than normal, because I just ordered coilovers to go with the suspension parts I bought from him.

I think I have some info on him well name,fake? I dunno ; Also I think an Alias on this site, maybe a FB profile(or inconvenient coincidence) and previous address, also license plate of a car and VIN of a motorcycle he sold, if we need a legit PI this stuff might help. I have no problem posting it publicly just don't want to start a witch hunt on an innocent.

Also maybe mods are willing to release some of his PM history to us privately, please message me back, this shit is a disgrace to the community.

Paypal doesnt always seem to play fair with some buyers, a chargeback with your CC should do the trick for ya! Good luck!

Did you get your money back from your CC? They usually go after these guys strong.

That really sucks. Was Paypal able to give you the money back? I always use credit card with Paypal for this reason. Its easier to fight it as compared to bank transfer to Paypal.
