Would this fit a 335i ?? Only suspension mods are M3 bits.

Are you lowered? I used to have Volk CE28 19x10.5 wrapped w/toyo t1r 265 before I did rear M3 conversion. Aggressive, yet it worked. I was also lowered on H&R Springs.
