Love the design of the wheels. How much do the stand out...in terms of brightness and such? That is the biggest thing making me so hesitant about getting the comp pkg.

Geilenkirchen is about 3 hours from K-town...about midway between Aachen and Dusseldorf.

I love the brightness of the ZCP wheels. I couldn't get a new M3 without the competition package personally....

Hello boys and girls ,
today I found some time to take some photos of the winter trim of my M3, I also treated the rims with paint sealant "Autobrill" to prepare them for the bad-weather half of the year The winter rims are M Doublespoke M270 in 8x18 ET20 all around. Tires are Michelin Pilot Alpin in 235/40 R18 95W ( - Safety first!). Here are the pictures: |

Thank you all! I like the look also, the M270 are a good fit for the winter season...and the best thing is, I bought the complete set of them for 850 Euros on Ebay Germany...brand new, with BMW OEM transparency film all around...

30 kilometers away from Kaiserslautern, perhaps you know that?
I am no member of mflight; I already get the contact information, but I did not have the time to contact the lead...atm I am a little bit under time pressure regarding my work, so I also wont have the time atm to join mflight...sorry for that... |

Some pics of my M3 and my wifes Touring(E91)
Hello all,
I take same pictures of my M3 and my wifes E91 Touring and I just want to share: I have some more of the touring, if one wants to see, please tell me (I am hesitating, because this is an M3 Forum). |

Your car looks so great. One of the reasons why I think seriously about to switch from Alpine White to Space Gray (as I've seen some of your pics already in another forum)... I'm still pretty uncertain about the color (I've ordered AW, but still could switch).

I also ordered in AW and switched to SG after I saw my wifes car in bright sunlight and it looks so nice.
The lines of the design are absolutely noticeable in the grey colors compared to other colors... After I saw the pictures via browser today I think they are a little bit unsharp...perhaps something wrong with the image resizer..I will check this. |

That's excatly the point, SG shows the lines better than AW and it's kind of more classy. But on the other hand AW seems to look more sporty and showy. Unfortunately, I've never seen an SG M3 in person, so I only can judge the pics. But I hope it still looks sporty enough in person...

If you paint or powdercoat the ZCP rims to a black, then it looks really sporty. Afaik you can order the wheels with ZCP directly in black (GTS wheels)...

Dear all,
three years passed since I got my M3 and now it is time to move forward. Today I get the replacement of the M3, a Z4 Sdrive35is. I took delivery in the world this morning. Next monday the M3 will go back to the dealer. The pack of the three bimmers looks good in front of my house, doesn't it!? It was a nice time with the M3, but I have to admit that I missed that open driving of my old Alpina Z4 so much, next car had to be a convertible, so I go for the Z4. I wish you all the best, and even if I do not have a M-model in my garage I am still looking forward to read the threads of the M3 E92 section. Here is the link where I present the Z4 to the community: http://e89.zpost.com/forums/showthre...6#post14259076 Last edited by itf joegun; 07-02-2013 at 12:54 PM.. |
