E-ZPass question?

Has anybody painted their E-ZPass black so it's not so ugly in the windshield and if so does it cause any issues with working properly? I'd think it would be OK, but haven't tried it yet.

Not what you asked... but I got the version that goes on the front tags (i do not have a front license plate) it sits where the dash and the windshield meet insied the car.

I don't believe the paint will affect the signal, although I never messed with mine. Don't mount it or mount it behind your inspection sticker.

yea i painted mine black. it looks awesome and works fine. you will probably see me tomorrow

Turkey Run???

I'm not going to make it on this years run.... Should be sick though, about 157 cars signed up already! Plus Police escort!

I have my white ez pass high on the right of the rear view mirror and I barely even notice the thing.

Painting it should be fine, but dont use a metallic paint.

my friend painted his black. no problems.

yea, I figured it would be alright.... Can't see paint having any effect on it. Just didn't want to be the jackass in the E-ZPass line holding up traffic if it didn't work
