Black exterior with ZCP Gold wheels

What do you guys think? A little bit to WRX STI? I think if they were dark bronze (Basically STI) they would look hawt?

Anyone want to do a PS?

I'd think it look good, but I'd get a set of vmr wheels for the gold, so you can switch back to the ZCPs when you get bored.

saw a g35 sedan in black with gold wheels today and I thought it looked good. If I had bought a AW instead of SS I would have gold wheels for winter for sure. STI was not first car with gold wheels. Pontiac was all over that in the 80s and early 90s. Basket weave 16" gold wheels on Trans AMs and Bonneville SSEs.

Saw a matte black e92 with gold rims in Augsburg, Germany. Had gold star decals along the side and a gold grill. It looked extremely douchey.... Pure black on dark gold rims or dark bronze would probably look ok, but avoid excessive gold wherever.

DO IT! Let's see something unique.

That, or just get black wheels like everyone else.

Ok guys. You have made my mind up. Worst case I can always re-powdercoat it black or even a gunmetal.

Will keep thread updated with pics.

Honestly, keep the ZCP wheels silver, as the powdercoat is very tough to take off to repowdercoat, and the company powdering them could damage the wheels. Just buy some VMRs in bronze or gold and do that. It's a little more expensive in the short run, but saves you a lot of hassle in the long run.

Woaah that's slick. Sorry to bump an old thread but I am in search of such a setup. I wouldn't mind bronze on my LMB. Full specs on those wheels?

I sold those wheels a while back (to a black car actually, haha) but they are Volk RE30's in 19x9 ET15 and 19x10 ET15. They fit flush, no spacers required, you guys know the drill.
