cold start rubbing or grinding issue

Really odd, when i start my car and i turn left or right slowly there is a rubbing or grinding sound and sensation from the rear end. Car is fully stock, 2010. It feels like the tires are rubbing the wheel well but I havent seen any traces of that. Once car warms up it's not an issue.
Any ideas of this?? You can hear it from inside the car as it turns slowly...

I had this problem when making a slow tight right turn. Maybe rear diff fluid? Someone else can chime in

Im going to blame the noise on locking diff we have. Look it up and you will find this is quite common with the m3. My car does the same thing.
