whats the best jammer on market now?

i currently have a escort passport 9500ci on my car. but i dont know if mine is a jammer or just a detector. if its not, i want to get something that can totally jam from cops. anyone knows something really good?

Escort is just a detector.

Escort 9500 actually has a laser "shifter".

This is similar or better than a laser jammer because it only jams the signal for 5-7 second giving you time to slow down and letting the cop get a read.

The 9500ci includes a ZR4 laser "shifter". Right now you should consider the Laser Interceptor. However, there is a new Blinder jammer model, the HP-905, that has just come out and looks promising but the verdict is still out. It may prove to be just as good as the LI, maybe even better, but right now there may be a little wait before you get it (they're still shipping them to retailers). Wait a few months then we will all have a better idea of how the new Blinder performs. The heads are a little smaller and they are a little bit cheaper than the LI.

This. The Passport 9500ci does indeed come with the Laser Shifter ZR4 which is better than nothing but that's really about it. It simply doesn't hold up at all in tests compared to the options provided by Laser Interceptor models, you can search for a group buy thread which (I believe) is still ongoing.
