I had red and blue cars ... You will see the dirt more on those colors ... For that reason I've gone back to white ... Somehow shows the dirt a lot less.
In the end you have to pick if my choice was red or blue ... I would go for the red it does look sharp

If you want an individual color I would look around on Ebay and this forum. I wouldn't settle for a color I didn't truly want.
But to answer your question I would go with the blue. If I could order my car all over again I would jump all over Monte Carlo Blue. A couple of months ago a member was selling a clean E92 MCB for a reasonable price. I debated selling my car just to buy his. Then I realized how moronic that decision would have been. But I did consider. |

IMO, MR and LMB are both good colors and it is a personal decision. I went through the same process and until my order hit 150 status, I waffled between the two and also considered IB. In the end, I went with MR. Not that I believe it is better but equal in my eyes. I just liked the contrast with the carbon fiber roof and black kidney grilles.
Both colors are not restricted to the M cars. Therefore you may want to search new and used vehicles to see if you find near your location. Pictures help but often times do not correctly convey the image in natural light. |

Melbourne Red for me. That was the original color I was looking for, couldn't find it and my S.Graph popped up.

Try to find the Battle of the Supercars show with Paul Tracy. M3 vs ISF. Beware that your screen may not portray the colour correctly. Check out the sample of the show in the link.

Every M3 had its M colors that defined it's generation best or best fit for the style of the car....
E30: Henna or Brilliant Red E36: Dakar Yellow E46: Laguna Seca Blue E9X: Fire Orange IMO, these are the best "more special" unique colors that will stand out from black/silver/white crowds. Before Fire Orange hit the scene, I would have said lemans for the E9X.
