Anyone using 4 OEM 18" rims as a track set up?

Been toying with the idea to source 4 OEM 18" rims to use as my track set up.
Since they are 18x9.5 you can use a good range of tire sizes.
Anyone does this????
What are the offsets for the rear?
Im guessing that we don't need to run a spacer with this set up.

I would probably run Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec.
265/35/18 front and 275/35/18 out back, or just run 275/35/18 all the way around, or should I be using 40 series tires?

One thing about the e9xm3 front wheel well ..... im running a 26" OD front tire (255/35/19 PS2) and it rubs a little under full turn .... so i would avoid exceeding 26" OD.

RE-11 Specs
- 275/40/18 is 26.5" OD (these will rub)
- 275/35/18 is 25.6" OD (so these should be fine)

I run a 265/35/18 BFG R1 in the front with a et25 offset wheel (no rubbing or issues)
- BFG R1 265/35/18 (25" OD - 10.7" width)
- Direzza Z1 275/35/18 (25.6" OD - 11" width) ......should work

The extra 2mm that the OE 18x9.5" et23 ... is further out .... couple that with the extra 1/4" of tire width and u "might" get tire touching the fender lip.

Would adding camber help?
Im going to be dropped on Motons soon, and hoping to get the front camber to around -1.5 to -1.8.
Also, I have no problem running a 265/35/18 front tire, so I guess that will help instead of the 275/35/18.

only speaking from my personal experience ... with my front setup:
18x9.5" et35 & 10mm spacer = et25 with -1.8 camber & BFG R1 265/35/18 (25" OD - 10.7" width)
i had no issues inside or out toward the fender lip.

if you did the et23 wheel its only 2mm further toward the fender lip ... i think it should be fine .... but if you did the 275 tire too .. thats when u "might" have an issue.

Although i recall someone on here was selling their Enkei NT-03 18x10 et25 .. and i think he claimed to have run a 275/35/18 up front ... hmmm... lemee see if i can find that thread

I have a set of four OEM 18" 9.5" rears with Nitto NT-01's in 275-35x18 mounted. They fit and they work, although I don't think they're actually better than the set of Toyo R888's that I have on a stock set of 8.5" fronts and 9.5" (18") rears.

I also have a set of all-season tires for crummy weather - General UHP's - with 265/35 on the front and 285/35 rears all on 18x9.5" rims. They work fine too.

I am currently use 265/35-18 front and 275/35-18 rear NT05 for a cold track day and NT01 245/275 for a hot day on stock OEM 18".

Basically, I am too lazy to change by to stock tire so I run 265/275 NT05 for everyday usage.

Go for it.

Are you using the OE 18x9.5" rear wheel in the front?
