Has anyone priced out GTS brakes?

Has anyone priced out GTS brakes for the M3? I assume too much $ or not available?

Not available. BMW is very anal about GTS parts.

FYI the rear is the standard Brembo 380 mm on the market. The front is GTS exclusive.

When I was in Garching and inquired about the brakes and other GTS parts, BMW M told me impossible to get them into the US....

The front rotors don't look like a true floating rotor. Just get the Brembo's.

No - both rotors are individual M.
Both callipers are stock Brembo, different paint job.

^I rechecked my material and you are right. Thanks for the correction.

I suppose both the front and rear are GTS exclusive then

I'm sure there's got to be a way to buy it, with money everything is possible. But the best solution is probably just to buy off the shelf Brembos yourself and have the custom painted, they're not too shabby the last time I seen them.

Do you plan on tracking with the new setup? There's some cheaper alternatives that work just as well.

The GTS rotors looke similar to the stock M3 rotors, which don't seem nearly as nice as the Brembo rotors on their kits.
Maybe Checkcaptain or rldzhao can clarify.

Every company usually have their own standard practice in terms of designing components, especially a safety-critical part like brakes. These standards are derived from decades of experience plus testing and are held to be true unless proven otherwise. This is probably why BMW custom made the discs for the GTS.

I didn't do anything, I do know someone who can ship these out tomorrow if anyone is serious. He sent these pics to me a few days ago. I just have other mods higher on my priority list right now but these are pretty sick!

Overpriced for what you get IMO. I suspect a standard BBK will provide the same or better performance at 1/2 the price.

Agreed. Not sure why anyone would want these at $15,000 when Brembo's are half the price and ou can replace just the rotors. GTS rotors and hats appear to be a single piece.

Can you or your contact source other GTS or CRT parts?
