When I first opened it, I thought it was a really nice key for my car.

In 12 days I will be picking up my 14th.

Always the same dealer. In addition to fair prices the dealer has been very good. Invitations to jazz concerts, product launch events, a couple of watches, a crystal vase, cross pens and with each delivery a gift basket with champagne, glasses and gourmet foods.

My dealer has treated me as an appreciated customer since my first purchase of an European Delivery 318i.

On the other hand BMW Canada can't even spell my name correctly. Consistently we see that BMW USA far exceeds its Canadian sibling in customer relationship management. It is odd because in general CRM in Canada is very good.

You need to send the extra one to someone in Canada so they can feel loved!

I actually got the pen for my 2008 328i. It's a very substantial pen.

I love these little gifts from BMW, I still have that CF pen. Even though it is probably too impractical to use, but carbon fiber finish is very eye pleasing. This USB drive is hefty, but c'mon we all have tons of stupid "light weight" regular flash drives. the joke about the reason that it is heavy because it came from BMW made me laugh.

If you live in the US and want to recieve these gifts, I'd recommend to register and update your profile at My BMW. That way marketing folks will know your info. Just buying bimmers in bulk won't get you free pens and usb drives.

This is totally fubar. I got a 335i, got rid of it, and got an M3 from a different BMW dealership. No USB love in the bay area??

I think it's a brilliant marketing move, and really speaks volumes about the quality of BMW. Compared to other USB flash drives, this one is probably built more sturdy.

Might have to find one on ebay or something...

I got nothing from BMWNA. However, I got this when I purchased the car from Northwest BMW in MD. Thank you David and everyone at Northwest BMW.
