Help with broken air dam piece

Heard a rattling sound when making turns and while washing my 2011 e93 today noticed a crack in the black plastic air dam piece (see picture) on the passenger side. I must have hit something on the highway. Does anyone know the part number (or how to find it) and how hard it is to replace such a piece? I assume it is not a warranty item. Thanks!

how could you explain this as part failure and not wear and tear?
