I think the only safe wheels to get are the ones from major manufacturers... All these small custom wheel manufacturers that are popping up suck.

The AP's held up pretty well. The car rode on the disc for about 40 feet. The caliper was dinged up a bit as well. Replaced both just to be safe.

The Cor issue is being discussed a lot right now, I do think its terrible for a wheel the fail like that.

Regarding the entire thread, in some of the earlier pages there are forum members questioning authorized distributors for selling these companies wheels. I think if distributors are to be questioned for spreading those products, so is the forum for having them as vendor on here. I know money is involved, but the safety of each and every person who purchases a products thanks to the forum is far more important.

Agree. No wheel should fail like that. I like how Cor changed their wheel warranty on their website almost immediately after this failure, adding "HPDE" to the list of things that void the wheel warranty

Yes, Lemans_Blue_M was extremely knowledgeable but you see what happens if you call out vendors...
