Front license plate??

Several $70 tickets, and warnings for not tag in MD. Mounted the plate front and center. Hated it. Then did the toe hook crooked off center piece of crap look...then mounted it in the center of the bumper upening. Still looks like shit, but stops the tickets. Wait...nope...still speed. Break the law...until you get caught, then plead not guilty and beg for mercy. FTW

Completely agree. Simply not worth the headache. Just get a nice plate frame and mount it properly in the center. Having an M3 makes you more likely to be harrassed by the popo to begin with. The off-center mounting IMO looks the worst. No, the plate isn't permanently mounted, but it looks horrible when it is mounted which will be all the time when you are driving. I got an "///M3" frame since there are no M3 logos on the front of the car anyway.

For me, however, I have had front plates on every car I have ever owned so it doesn't bother me.

Pretty much a cost/benefit thing. A few tickets are well worth it for me.
