With luck, you can do an inner city rotation in OB-GYN. I loved to see my tax dollars being applied to the future when I did it.

I saw a used one a few days ago, had almost 100,000 km and was €53000, a lot less, but still... I hope the future brings something good, cause I'd love to have an M3 (one day...).
eek id heard euro m3's were pricey but ouch!

and yeah I am fortunate that I landed a higher paying job allowing some fun to be had but it just as quickly could go the other direction. Savings first. Home first. cars and toys second.

Where theres a desire to save for something it will eventually happen - just might take a bit longer than expected! good luck on it man!

yeah, I made a real basic assumption that anyone who can afford an M3 went to college. obviously that is not the case for everyone.

*edit - BTW there is a difference between owning an M3 and being able to "afford" it!

I guess it varies from where in the world you live. If I wouldnt have bought my M3 with my own money in Sweden I would be a spoiled brat. There is this unwritten law in Scandinavia called "jantelagen" wich basically means that you should never talk about your wealth and success. It is considered ugly and inapropriate. In Sweden nobody ever congratulates you for doing well in life (with some exceptions of course). Jantelagen is one of the reasons Im leaving this country as soon as I finish my studies.

theres a difference between being spoiled and acting like an arse and being spoiled (which we call well taken care of where I am from and still having an appreciation for what was provided. I agree that its not at all shameful that a parent would do this for their child - those who think otherwise were likely the ones who werent in the same position and may, in fact, be jealous?

Took me a second to get that, haha. Most of my school's affiliated hospitals are inner-city, so that'll most likely be the case.

I don't get why people get flammed for it.. Haters maybe? Jealousy? Who knows..At least ur willing to admit it. Nothing wrong with that. I completely understand....doesn't make u less of a person...u are working and doing what u suppose to at least. There are those who do the opposite like take mom and dads money and don't study or work hard and just use it to do drugs and bullshit and have no clue what the value of a dollar is. Those kind I have no respect for.

I like both the M3 and the Z4 ... sold my M3 in the Spring. As for handling I think nothing beats the M3 (might just get a new one after this one ED). The Z4 has good pickup (weight to HP ratio) I do like it. Love the convenience of top up or down in 20 seconds. Hate the RFT, they are coming off tomorrow (my winter tire/wheel set goes on the car None-RFT). In the spring the summer RFT will be replaced with None-RFT also.

I'll post next week how my None-RFT feel

U P D A T E ................... TRADED MY Z4 2 WEEKS AGO Updated March 21st 2011
